This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced communications professional to shape the Law Society’s approach to engaging with our membership about many of our strategic priorities. This includes a broad range of issues, such as increasing access to justice, championing the rule of law, EDI and regulatory compliance.
You will lead the member communication requirements involving our main strategic themes, campaigns and relevant topics/issues to our membership. You will coach an ambitious team of 10+ communication and content professionals to produce effective, integrated and collaborative communication plans and publish engaging, relevant, tailored, and creative outputs. This includes our extensive library of resources, such as Practice Notes, guides and toolkits.
You will take a leading role in determining what is published on our website, in our magazines and across a range of other channels. Crucially, you will use your experience to ensure our outputs are both based on target audiences and deliver on our strategic and commercial goals.
The role has line management of the Strategic Communications Manager, Content Design Manager and Content Manager (Sections).
