The Role

Reporting to the Events Manager and working as a key member of the events team within the Member Experience directorate. The Events Officer will be responsible for project management, programme development, marketing, speaker handling, all logistical arrangements, and financial management of up to 50 events (both face to face and online) while providing a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
 
  

What we're looking for

You will have a strong track record of delivering all aspects of an event portfolio both online and face to face. With the ability to juggle many events simultaneously all at different stages of the event planning cycle. 
 
You will be confident working with a range of stakeholders and have the knowledge to recommend best practice for successful event delivery.  
 
You will also have proven experience of using judgment and problem-solving skills to deal with challenges that arise in the lead up to and while working onsite at an event or in a busy and pressurised environment.
