The Role

The Law Society of England and Wales is looking to recruit a Project Coordinator – Sales Operations to join our Sales and Partnerships Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy commercial team and provide end-to-end sales operations support across products and processes. You’ll support commercial performance, governance, and operational effectiveness by coordinating strategic projects, providing administrative assistance, and working with a wide range of teams across the Law Society.

The role is key to successfully delivering agreed project plans across the Sales and Partnerships Team. This includes:

  • Identifying risks at an early stage and proactively introducing measures to mitigate or remove them
  • Identifying project success measures
  • Effectively utilising Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for project tracking and communications
  • Keeping all project documentation up to date, accurate, and reliable
  • Communicating project objectives and progress clearly to ensure all relevant stakeholders are engaged and informed
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with a broad range of colleagues across multiple teams

The role will also involve researching and analysing relevant markets and competitors, producing clear data-driven insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making. You’ll translate commercial insights into actionable recommendations and proactively engage with Account Managers to champion best-practice approaches to sales processes and systems.

Experience supporting process automation and change initiatives is important, alongside a proactive approach to fostering a respectful and inclusive working environment.
