The Role

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in embedding TLS’ approach to digital education. They will bring a wealth of technical knowledge to processes associated with instructional design and the technical build and development of digital education content. They will possess the ability to work autonomously on a range of products and services across our portfolio (individual modules, larger courses, blended offers, exams, webinars, podcasts etc.) to help the Society develop its member-facing education offer. The candidate will play a key role in implementing the organisation’s L&D strategy.

What we're looking for

  • Experienced instructional designer who is comfortable working across a range of content types
  • Familiar with existing and emerging approaches to instructional and learning design
  • Can work in a self-directed manner across an evolving content portfolio comprised of modules, blended courses, digital exams, virtual classrooms etc.
  • Familiar with Totara and associated content production tools
