The Role

The L&D offer is central to improving member experience for Law Society members. Law Society Learning provides members with a wide range of both free and commercial digital education resources and functions to support their professional development. The L&D Executive will lead delivery of digital education content, and they will play a key role in supporting the LMS Manager by ensuring the smooth operational running of Law Society Learning.

The L&D Executive will be responsible for scheduling the busy portfolio of webinars, virtual classroom activities and other products within our digital education offer. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to shape the annual delivery schedule, and they will oversee the successful delivery of content across the portfolio. They will also play a key role in assisting the LMS Manager in improving member journeys and resolving queries from members.

What we're looking for

  • An experienced and enthusiastic digital learning specialist 
  • Ability to meet delivery targets across a wide-ranging and growing portfolio 
  • Familiar with digital learning environments (especially Totara)
  • Evidence of successful member/customer-focus deliveries
