The Role

Do you enjoy working proactively with stakeholders to understand their needs? Do you like to make sense out of complexity, working with technical teams to deliver in an Agile environment? If yes, then we want to talk to you.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join The Law Society's Change and Delivery team.

Reporting to the Senior Lead Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the implementation of change and continuous improvement for new and existing IT systems and business processes.

You will be an innovator, exploring different ways to solve problems while leveraging your knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques and demonstrating exceptional analytical thinking.

You will be empowered to work autonomously, collaborating across matrix teams striving for continuous improvement while embracing new ways of working.

This is an extremely rewarding role which will help us drive improvements to member and user satisfaction, through the delivery of our ambitious project portfolio.

What we're looking for

You will have experience of using a broad range of business analysis skills, including writing a business case, producing cost/benefit analysis, conducting impact assessments, documenting functional specifications, reviewing design documents, and the end-to-end testing process.

You will have experience of analysing business and IT requirements in order to achieve process improvements, cost savings and remove inefficiencies. You will have strong process design and re-engineering skills including process mapping with use of tools such as Visio or other business process modelling tools.

You will have experience of end-to-end website implementation projects with integration e.g., CRM, finance, content management systems, commerce, other SaaS solutions, and single sign on to optimize customer experience. You will also have extensive experience of working in an agile delivery environment.

What's in it for you

This is an excellent opportunity to work with contemporary thinkers in a progressive membership organisation. The successful candidate will join a strong brand with a reputation for excellence and legal expertise, committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion, and a culture of trust, clarity and respect.

We offer hybrid working, a generous flexible benefits package, a friendly working environment and the opportunity to develop your career within a professional organisation.

Please note: if you are an internal applicant, Pay Policy will apply.
