You will be joining at an exciting time, as we embark on our new 3-year strategy following a year of celebrations to mark our bicentenary.

As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will attract and hire the talented people who will deliver for our members, the profession, the legal sector and society, as well as for each other. This is an outstanding opportunity to make a huge impact.

With a focus on talent attraction and direct sourcing, you will ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, further enhance recruitment systems and processes, and support key talent initiatives aligned with our employer brand and strategic priorities.

What we're looking for

You’ll have substantial experience of delivering an inclusive, commercial, and data-driven resourcing strategy, and proven experience using a range of tools and techniques to attract and engage talent.

Able to build relationships and influence at all levels, you’ll be a true business partner who is comfortable navigating competing priorities to deliver an exceptional service to candidates and hiring managers.

You’ll have previous in-house recruitment experience and be a confident user of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies and automation tools.

What's in it for you

This is an excellent opportunity to work in an organisation which has recently achieved gold accreditation from Investors in People in recognition of its work over the last few years focusing on being an employer of choice for people who want to make a difference.

You will join an organisation with a reputation for excellence, commitment to EDI, development and wellbeing, and a culture of clarity, trust, and respect.

We offer hybrid working (2 days per week in our London office), a generous flexible benefits package, a positive working environment and the opportunity to develop your career within a professional organisation.

Please note: if you are an internal applicant, Pay Policy will apply.
